He has been dominant in the reserach space and has published a paper titled "Developing a lean value chain for botswana's grain milling industry – a case study of a wheat milling company. He is also pasionate in raising young starts in the area of business & enterpreneurship by Founding Students in Business Association aimed at developing enterpreneurship education from grass roots.
